Return & Refund Policy

At SufyQuens, operated by SUFY TRENDS, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has missing parts.

To be eligible for a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
• Share clear photos or videos of the product and package.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Items without original packaging.
• Requests made after the eligible return period.
• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method after verification.

Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if stock is available.
