ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to verification, payment authorization, and processing before shipment.
- Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of purchase.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Orders placed will begin processing on the following business day.
- During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing time may be extended without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, stock shortages, or discrepancies in billing information.
 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once an order is shipped, the delivery timeframe will depend on the destination and the selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days.
- Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.
- International Shipping (if applicable): Delivery may take up to 15–25 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal services.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel upon delivery.

SHIPPING FEES

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or any reason outside of our control:
- The order may be returned to us by the shipping carrier.
- You will be responsible for any re-shipping fees, return-to-sender charges, or additional costs incurred.
- If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product only, excluding original shipping charges, and only if the item is received back in resalable condition.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for the item. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.
If you believe your package is missing, it is your responsibility to:
- Contact the carrier immediately to initiate a claim.
- Report the issue to your local authorities, if necessary.
- Notify us with the case number so we can assist where possible.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE DELIVERIES
If you receive a package that is damaged or contains defective items:
- Contact us within  24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
- Do not dispose of the packaging or item until instructed, as they may be required for carrier claims.
We reserve the right to deny replacement or refund requests if supporting evidence is not provided in a timely manner or if the issue arises from customer misuse.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier issues, governmental actions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control.
